Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

"myB2B", "we", "us", "our"

Means myB2B, a product of QuestFeed Pty Ltd (ABN 58 632 013 855), an Australian Private Company registered in Queensland.

"Platform"

Means the myB2B website at myb2b.au, including all pages, content, and functionality.

"Services"

Means B2B lead intelligence services provided through the Platform, including curated lead lists, business data, and related features.

"User", "you", "your"

Means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform or Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you:

Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service

Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy

Are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter these Terms

Will use the Platform only for lawful business purposes

Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Purchases and Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed in local currency (AUD, USD) and are subject to change. Prices at time of purchase will be honored.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at purchase. We accept major credit cards and other displayed payment methods.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once lead lists have been delivered. However:

  • If more than 15% of contacts are invalid, we provide replacement leads
  • Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds may be considered case-by-case for technical issues

Acceptable Use

You must NOT use our lead lists or services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam and telemarketing regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any person or business
  • Resell, redistribute, or share purchased leads with third parties
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically download data from our website
  • Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities

Disclaimers and Limitations

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate business information, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy:

  • - Some contact information may become outdated between updates
  • - Business details may have changed since data collection
  • - You are responsible for verifying information before use

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services
  • - We are not liable for third-party actions or external factors

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
